Our Saturday Sweat Sessions are a far cry from standard, and we’re proud to be offering something totally unique and different to other bootcamps in Brisbane Northside.
What sets us apart from the rest? We won’t scream orders at you or punish you with endless burpees. In fact, we’re the only Brisbane bootcamp with a no burpees policy, backed by a money-back guarantee.
We aim to make Outdoor Group Fitness fun, supportive and enjoyable. You’ll sweat and get your heart rate pumping but you’ll also tone your abs with laughter as we encourage and interact with each other in games such as Lawn Bowls Fitness and Box of Tricks.
Our Saturday Sweat Sessions:

Our Saturday Sweat Sessions are held most Saturdays from 6:30AM to 7:15AM in Marchant Park in Chermside (follow the signs to Field 6). You can check the schedule and register for a session here.
