About Georgina

I first rolled out my mat in 2004 but, entranced by London’s hedonistic lifestyle and climbing the career ladder, my practice was sporadic. Diagnosed with anxiety and depression in 2011 after mistaking a panic attack for a heart attack, I knew something had to change.

Vital to my recovery, yoga remains the most important tool in my survival kit; consistent practise on and off the mat has boosted my mental and emotional resilience; taught me to savour the present moment; and replenished my innate curiosity and lust for life. Helping others restore a sense of vitality and purpose was the logical next step.

If you feel over-scheduled, have trouble switching off or can’t remember the last time you did something just for yourself, you are not alone and I want to work with you!

I know it can be challenging to find time for yourself. I make it easier by coming to you.



Teaching Style & Qualifications

Focusing on slow, flowing vinyasa yoga, I bring yoga to life through the exploration of postures, breathing and meditation.

I believe yoga is for EVERYONE and, as your teacher, I invite you on a journey of healing and self-discovery. Whether you desire a physical release or practical tools to manage day-to-day stress, I hope you step off the mat empowered to live your best life.

A life-long student, I continuously seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and experience of yoga. My qualifications and credentials include:
