Having worked for organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, Georgina understands the physical and mental demands of a desk job.

She knows what it’s like to feel mentally fatigued after a long day, to have tight shoulders and lower back pain from spending too much time at a computer.

Incorporating yoga, Pilates and meditation into her health and wellness regime was a game-changer, providing a much-needed opportunity to pause, release and unwind.

“I felt healthier, happier and more productive at work when I regularly took time out to practice yoga and meditation. My team also experienced the benefits; I was a more effective, less flappable manager.”

Georgina is committed to helping employees thrive and feel their most vital selves, and employers create a workplace that is supportive and productive.

Georgina has been running yoga classes at work for over a year and I absolutely love it! Prior to that I had never done any kind of yoga or meditation so I didn’t really know what to expect, but from the first class I was hooked! Georgina’s teaching style is so calming and gentle and, at the end of a busy day, it’s exactly what I need to de-stress, unwind and relax after a long day at my desk.

I have now incorporated yoga into my weekly routine at home and it has had such a positive impact on my general health and wellbeing. Georgina’s knowledge and passion for yoga is so inspiring and it has really changed my outlook on self-care. Just the simple act of breathing and being more aware of the breath is so powerful and has helped me to turn my focus inwards and be kinder to myself.
