Having worked for organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, Georgina understands the physical and mental demands of a desk job.

She knows what it’s like to feel mentally fatigued after a long day, to have tight shoulders and lower back pain from spending too much time at a computer.

Incorporating yoga into her health and wellness regime was a game-changer, providing a much-needed opportunity to pause, release and unwind.

“I felt healthier, happier and more productive at work when I practised yoga regularly. My team also experienced the benefits; I was a more effective, less flappable manager.”

Medical and business professionals agree that yoga can help enhance productivity and performance in the workplace.

What does a corporate class look like?

Focusing on slow, flowing yoga, a typical class includes yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation. No experience of yoga is required.

Whether your employees want to alleviate common aches and pains associated with prolonged sitting and use of technological device or practical tools to manage day-to-day stress, our goal is to empower people to take control of their own wellbeing.

Classes can be held before, during or after work and will be tailored to your desired outcomes and employee demographic.  All equipment is provided, including yoga mats, blocks and straps.

Georgina is fully insured (Personal and Public Liability) and holds a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
