Terms + Conditions

Vitalita Health & Fitness and Vitalita Yoga offer online and in-person personal training services, group classes and tennis coaching. All services are delivered by certified professionals.

You are responsible for informing your trainer of any injuries or health conditions that could affect or be affected by physical activity, and for consulting a doctor or health professional before commencing or recommencing physical activity.

Personal Training

There is a minimum 16-week commitment for all Personal Training packages. This is so we can be with you every step of the way, helping you establish sustainable habits, navigate setbacks and educate you about everything you need to know to maintain success long after you have achieved your initial goals.

If you are going on holidays, are sick, injured, or need to suspend for a short period of time, we will hold your time slot for a maximum of four weeks. Please contact Vitalita Health & Fitness to discuss suspension.

If you wish to terminate the agreement as a result of Permanent Sickness or Physical Incapacity, we require written notice detailing:

  • the nature of the illness or incapacity; and
  • how the illness or incapacity prevents you from completing the remaining Sessions.

If you wish to terminate the agreement for any other reason, we require 28 days’ notice in writing. Notice can be given by letter or email to Vitalita Health & Fitness. You are responsible for cancelling any Direct Debit arrangements.

Timeliness
Please arrive on time for your scheduled Session as Sessions will finish within the allocated time, regardless of late arrival. To ensure you get the most out of your Session, it is recommended that you arrive ten minutes early to warm-up.

Rescheduling
We understand that, occasionally, you may need to reschedule a Session and will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to find an alternative time and/or your request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled Session, you will be charged in full for the Session.

Cancellations and Missed Sessions
If you are unable to attend a scheduled Session, a minimum 24 hours’ notice is required or you will be charged in full for the Session. This policy also applies to no-shows / missed Sessions.

Payment
All sessions with Vitalita Health & Fitness are to be paid for in advance via cash or Direct Debit. Payment is due the Friday prior to your session.

Direct Debit payments are facilitated by IntegraPay and are subject to the following fees and charges:

  • Initial administration fee -$2.20
  • Direct Debit fee – $0.88/transaction
  • Failed transaction – $4.40

Payments by credit card attract an additional processing fee:

  • Visa / Mastercard – 1.98% of the value
  • American Express – 3.85% of the value

Our 200% money back guarantee is your protection policy, enabling you to experience personal training with Vitalita Health & Fitness RISK FREE. Although we haven’t given away a single dollar to date, we guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with every session and that, during the first 28 days of training with our specialised team, you will start to notices changes in the way you look, think and feel. If you follow our advice your life can and will change for the better!

All we ask of YOU is that you:

  • complete the Wellness Wheel and Wellness Review with your Trainer
  • attend every scheduled Personal Training session during the 28 day period
  • commit to eating a balanced diet of predominately unprocessed foods and/or follow the nutrition guidance of a registered dietician or nutritionist
  • complete a food and exercise diary for the 28 day period
  • follow our advice to the best of your ability and understanding.

We are passionate about what we do and will work with you and your trainer to ensure you get the training and advice you need to achieve your goals (and have fun along the way). If you are not satisfied with our service after the first 28 days, we will refund double your investment!

Online Coaching & Accountability

This is a flexible option, with no lock-in contracts.

Payment

A one off payment for the 4-Week Online Coaching & Accountability program is taken via PayPal.

If, after the initial 4 week period, you wish to continue online coaching, you will have the option to make weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments via Direct Debit. Payment is taken every Wednesday and it is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.

Gift Vouchers & Prizes

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. To redeem voucher contact Sam on 0400 287 154 or email sam@vitalitahealthandfitness.com.  Voucher cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or replaced if lost. Cancellation within 24 hours of a session will result in forfeiture of the value of that session.

All new clients are required to agree to and sign Vitalita Health & Fitness’ terms and conditions. A copy will be provided prior to or at the first session.

Vitalita Merchandise & Events

Certain products, including downloadable products and tickets to in-person events, may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any or all products or services without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of products or services. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items on sale
  • Tickets for in-person events

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns should be sent, together with proof of purchase, to:

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Vitalita Health & Fitness for a refund are not covered or reimbursed unless by fault of Vitalita Health & Fitness. Please note Vitalita Health & Fitness are not liable for the loss of item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email at sam@vitalitahealthandfitness.com or via this form.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sam@vitalitahealthandfitness.com and return your item, together with proof of purchase, to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your exchanged product will be processed. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Ticket sales
Tickets to in-person events are not eligible for a refund. If you are no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to gift (or sell) your ticket to a friend or family member. Please email georgina@vitalitahealthandfitness.com with the name and email address of the person who will take your place.

If an event is cancelled due to public health orders, you will receive a credit for an event on another date.
