Who we are
Hi! We’re Sam and Georgina the founders of Vitalita Health and Fitness and Vitalita Yoga . We’re a husband and wife duo who are passionate about health, wellness and feeling good. We met in Egypt, got married in London and now call Brisbane home. Food is the bond which glues us together and laughter is the thing that stops us from killing each other. We have a shared passion for helping people feel vibrant – inside and out!
While we’ve always been active, we haven’t always been dedicated to health and wellness. Living it up in London for almost a decade, the long hours, late nights and free flowing booze took their toll. After tying the knot in 2011 and moving back to Australia, it was as if someone flicked a switch. Inspired by the sunshine, we traded pub crawls for beach walks, and cheese platters for homemade yoghurt. We haven’t looked back since and love helping others reach their full potential and feel their best selves, day in and day out.
We also have a wonderful Team member Uale who is an absolute superstar. He helps run our one-on-one personal training and group fitness sessions and always has a big smile on his face and fresh and fun workouts up his sleeve.
Vitality is your natural state, and we believe you deserve a life brimming with it! So much so that we named our company Vitalità which is the Italian word for ‘vitality’.
We believe wellness is multi-faceted; it’s about so much more than just looking good, which is why you won’t find us promoting ‘bikini body’ workouts or training clients in preparation to compete.
We don’t just want you to LOOK GOOD, we want you to FEEL GOOD and MOVE WITH EASE so you can do all the things you love to do with confidence.
