Hello + welcome!
I’m Georgina, corporate climber turned women’s wellness coach and yoga and meditation teacher.
I have a penchant for leopard print, spreadsheets and early mornings. I prioritise my wellbeing and self care above all else, value stillness and allow my intuitive nudges to guide me (even when they make no sense).
Never in a million years did I think this is how my life would turn out!
A born and bred overachiever, I travelled the well-worn corporate path, seeking out more responsibility, more money and more opportunities to advance my career because… that’s what you’re supposed to do, right?
Needless to say, it didn’t get me to where I wanted to be. Instead, I was greeted by burnout, anxiety and depression. The happiness I was so desperately striving for was nowhere to be seen.
My breakdown was the wake-up call I needed to learn that a life lived at warp speed, a life fixated on kicking goals and ticking boxes isn’t truly living.
It feels productive but tends to lack depth and meaning.
It feels proactive but often leads us down a path that isn’t right for us.
It feels like it’s moving us towards success but tends to make us forget what we truly value and want for ourselves.
These days I support women in their prime (ladies 30+ I’m talkin’ to you) to live in a way that nourishes their health, and makes them feel genuinely excited about what the future has in store for them!
I fuse practical action and accountability with my passion for movement, mindfulness and meditation, to create an holistic experience that feels both transformational and fun.
I was feeling super overwhelmed trying to juggle all of the things and wasn’t making time for myself. I wanted to feel physically and mentally strong, and also find ways to incorporate stillness into my everyday life. Coaching was challenging but it kept me accountable and motivated to achieve my goals.
Learning to slow down, rest and listen to what my body needs has made a massive difference in my personal and professional life. The overwhelm is gone.

How to know if Life and Wellness Coaching is right for you
A life and wellness coach is a trained professional who helps people create positive and lasting change in their lives.
They won’t tell you how to live your life.

Unlike other approaches such as counselling or psychology, which tend to focus on the past, life coaching supports you to get to where you want to be in your future.

Self Care Strategy Session
This one-off session will provide clarity and practical support to help you navigate exhaustion, stress and overwhelm right now.
Consistent coaching over a period of months can be life-changing… but it may not be what you need right now. Sometimes you just need a quick win, right?
Self Care Strategy Sessions provide short term support and are a great way for time-poor women like yourself to get back on track. You’ll walk away feeling grounded, with a collection of practical tools to help you feel more energised, less stressed and better able to weather the continuing environment of change, uncertainty and instability.

This is an opportunity to reflect on what is and isn’t working in your life, and what would support you the most right now in relation to these challenges. Completing this questionnaire enables us to hit the ground running so you get the most out of our time together.
60-minute online consult
This session is all about you. We’ll chat (via Zoom) about what is going on for you right now; identify the greatest source of your stress; and create a plan, incorporating simple self care strategies to get you back on track quickly.
Support and accountability
An additional 7 days of email support to help you implement and integrate what you’ve learned into your life.

Path to Vitality Coaching Package
Our signature 1:1 coaching package is an opportunity to put yourself first and learn how to care for yourself as generously as you care for everyone else.
Together, we’ll explore your approach to health and wellness and get crystal clear about what is and isn’t working, what you value and how you want to feel as you go about your days. Over the course of 90 days, you’ll create sustainable, healthy habits and nourishing self care rituals that work for you and your lifestyle.
The Path to Vitality coaching package includes:
Holistic wellness assessment
The Wellness Wheel and accompanying questionnaire will help us identify what is and isn’t working when it comes to health, wellness and self care. This powerful work starts the ball rolling in the direction of change and will set you up for a life of vitality.
In this 60-90 minute session (via Zoom) we will dive deep into what you most want to achieve during our time together (don’t worry if you don’t know yet!) and set inspiring goals that will lay the foundations for the months to come.
5 x 75 minute coaching sessions
Our fortnightly sessions (via Zoom) are all about you. Together we’ll navigate the challenges and obstacles that prevent you from prioritising your needs, reshape your mindset and take small but potent steps towards a life brimming with vitality and joy.
Support and accountability
With 12 weeks of email support, motivation and accountability between sessions, you are never alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way!
Tools and resources
If and when needed, I’ll provide you with worksheets, exercises and meditations to support your unique needs and goals.
