Circuit 1

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

15 x TRX back lunge with pistol squat and optional plyometric (explosive) jump (complete 15 reps on each side)
15 x TRX chest press and fly
15 x TRX low row and back extension

Circuit 2

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

15 x TRX close grip press plus optional plyometric (explosive) front squat
15 x TRX leg curl and lying hip press
15 x TRX push up (easier option: TRX chest press)

Circuit 3

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

15 x TRX tricep extension and standing roll out
15 x TRX clutch press and T fly
15 x TRX mountain climbers with oblique crunch (complete 15 reps on each side
